Whenever we look at breast characteristics we look for a centered position, where the projection of the breast is medial, where the projection of the upper part of the breast with respect to the lower part is equidistant and also that the characteristics of the volume are in accordance with the proportion of the body shape, you do not need a lift from what I can see in your pictures, a breast augmentation would be suitable. However having a board-certified plastic surgeon evaluate your case will help determine what you need taking into account patient desire look, characteristics and needs. Best wishes!!
