I am interested in having a vaginoplasty to tighten things up after having several sexual partners I noticed I am more loose and wide and sex isn't enjoyable. I was looking into laser vaginal tightening but I heard that that really won't do anything for the vaginal canal because that is a muscle and not jut loose skin. I am not planning on having kids at all. I do not have any pelvic floor problems I just want to feel tighter and more confident. Will a surgical vaginoplasty be a possible?
Answer: Vaginoplasty isn't just for moms For some women who haven't had children, vaginoplasty is an excellent option. For others, it is not. For some, a perineoplasty is the perfect choice. For others, it is not. An exam in person would be required to determine if it would be right for you. You should start with a virtual consultation with a vaginoplasty expert to discuss details.

Answer: Is Vaginoplasty the right procedure for me? Vaginoplasty is a procedure that restores form, function and pleasure. You are not alone, many patients that consult with me and have the procedure performed often complain of loss of sensation, inability to grip and want to be tighter. So what about lasers? What is actually done during vaginoplasty? Whether you use radio frequency technology (ThermiVa) or Fractional Co2 lasers (Femilift/Mona lisa touch) they resurface skin, whether your talking about the skin of the vagina or the face. Lasers are excellent for increasing lubrication when aroused, correction of mild to modest urinary incontinence or 10% improvement (at best) in vaginal tightness. To truly correct vaginal laxity and tighten the vagina long term, you should consider Vaginoplasty. Vaginoplasty or better termed "Complete pelvic reconstruction " is a surgery designed to correct rectal and vaginal prolapse and restore the biomechanics of intercourse. Complete pelvic reconstruction involves three distinct steps. First, is the site-specific repair of the rectal prolapse along with re-suturing the muscles of the vagina back to the midline causing a decrease in the internal diameter of the vagina. Second, is removal of inelastic scar tissue of the perineum. Lastly, aesthetically rebuilding the muscles of the perineum creating a downward angle of the vagina which causes the toy, finger or penis to press more firmly against your G-spot hopefully making sex more enjoyable again. The next step is to schedule an in person or virtual consult to discuss your particular anatomy, desires and goals. Answer: Vaginoplasty with no kids Thank you for your questionThe term vaginoplasty is being used to refer to a variety of procedures to repair the vaginal entrance and canal. Whether you would benefit from vaginal surgery would depend on the condition of your vagina. I have performed vaginal reconstruction on many patients who never had children with good results but have refused to operate on others because surgery would not be beneficial. Find a responsible surgeon to do an exam and give you an accurate and realistic evaluation.

Answer: Vagina is not a muscle Hello I would like to clarify that vagina is not a muscle but a mucosal tissue which has dense fibrous tissue underneath. Only one third of the entrance of the vagina is surrounded by pelvic floor muscles. vaginal laser is very effective for mucosal and skin tissue tightness and it also increases the collagen at the submucosal level. I think you would get benefit from it. there is another way for tightening of the vagina and the perinea other than surgery is Aptos threads. This effect would last for 2-3 years and it is done under local anesthesia. non surgical procedures needs readmissions. other than that they are very effective. I hope this info would help you.All the best
