I get botox for migraines & have for years. This time, I'm experiencing vertigo 5 days after injections & extreme light sensitivity. I told the dr I don't like the botox because it pushes my brows down & makes my eyes look older. Injections for migraines are placed in different locations than cosmetic. Anyways, he placed it higher this time, & even tho I understand it could be a coincidence, I feel the vertigo and extreme light sensitivity are both likely from the Botox injections.

There are several over-the-counter options that may be helpful, but OTC eye drops that include a preservative may be more likely to further irritate your eyes. I suggest asking your injector for a recommendation as everyone has his or her personal preferences. Best of luck to you.
I think there are slight variations to inject the masseter muscles. I typically recommend as low as possible on the jawline and with a conservative number if units. I suggest you review your injections when you follow up with your injector. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
