I had a Septo Rhinoplasty performed 8 years ago. Since the surgery, there has been fullness of the supratip that I don't like. The fullness varies where it might be fuller at one point in the day and then it slims out a bit. Is it possible this is scar tissue that could benefit from a cortisone shot this many years after surgery? Can the surgeon determine whether it is scar tissue? Thank you.

And they are sooo wide, really, it makes me wonder why the surgeon didn't narrow them at the time of your procedure, and splint them so they stayed narrow. You might want to re-evaluate him...
Hello,
With the adequate rhinoplasty techniques, your nose tip can be upturned and narrowed with natural looking result. Visit your doctor and try to watch similar cases so you can have realistic expectations on your result.
