Mr Fattah is an amazing surgeon, I am so glad I found him after extensive research. He’s an expert in his field and I could not be happier with the results! I wanted to look as natural as possible after my neck and lower facelift and that is exactly what he delivered. Really can’t recommend Mr Fattah enough as I am so so happy with the results!!

This was a positive experience from start to finish. I approached Mr Fattah specifically, with a view for breast augmentation as he had already operated on a relative for a different cosmetic procedure, who had an excellent outcome.

Mr Fattah was extremely professional and thorough and he went to lengths to ascertain what I wanted and whether this was the right procedure for me. He gave me plenty of opportunity to think about my decision and provided me with enough information to make an informed decision myself. Once I had made the decision to go ahead with the surgery, Mr Fattah guided me on what would be an appropriate implant size, based on my small frame.

From beginning to end I had confidence in Mr Fattah and felt safe in his care. On the day of the procedure he was reassuring and very present the whole time.

The final result exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend Mr Fattah enough.

I had gynecomastia removed in May 2024. I received great treatment from Adel and I am happy with the results. I did experience fluid retention but it was explained to me prior to the operation that this might occur.

Dr. Adel did an absolutely amazing job reconstructing my stretched earlobes (size 32mm). He paid extra attention to detail to ensure the best aesthetic outcome, making the earlobes symmetrical, which was difficult to achieve in my case. Dr. Adel used a suturing technique that created a perfect earlobe rim shape, leaving no scar or depression on the edge, which is a common problem in this procedure.

I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I recently had my second phone consultation with Dr. Adel, and it was a delightful experience reconnecting with him. He is a genuinely kind and approachable individual. During our conversation, I sought clarification on a few concerns regarding my upcoming ear surgery. Dr. Adel's reassuring responses instantly alleviated my worries, and now I eagerly anticipate the approaching date of my operation.

I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Dr Fattah. Such a lovely, down to earth and friendly person while also being very professional. I felt totally in safe hands before, during and after my operation. I am so happy with the results of my operation, it has boosted my confidence so much in day to day tasks like literally going to the shop or the gym and not feeling self conscious of having my hair up.

I saw Dr Fattah for consultation on recommendation from a friend that had undergone TT surgery with him a few years ago. Mr Fattah was amazing to deal with from start to finish, he was happy to accommodate me traveling up from London for the surgery, i came up for an initial face to face a month before where he explained the entire procedure and all the details and gave expectations, he cared greatly about what actually bothered me and what look i wanted vs what i didn't want and made notes, i used his services via The Grange Clinic in cheshire which is very competitively priced, compared to general anaesthetic prices in london.
Mr Fattah and the surgical nurse team on the day were all lovely and extremely professional, i went home the following day.
I had Mr Fattahs work mobile so aftercare and photo follow-ups were a breeze and he was happy to answer any concerns I had and advise accordingly. A true professional.
