Natural neck & lower facelift - extremely happy with results
Mr Fattah is an amazing surgeon, I am so glad I found him after extensive research. He’s an expert in his field and I could not be happier with the results! This was a positive experience from start to finish. I approached Mr Fattah specifically, with a view for breast augmentation as he had already operated on a relative for a different cosmetic procedure, who had an excellent outcome. Mr Fattah was extremely professional and thorough and he went to lengths to ascertain what I wanted and whether this was the right procedure for me. He gave me plenty of opportunity to think about my decision and provided me with enough information

Great treatment - happy with the results
I had gynecomastia removed in May 2024. I received great treatment from Adel and I am happy with the results. I did experience fluid retention but it was explained to me prior to the operation that this might occur.

Tribal Earlobe Reconstruction/Stretched Earlobes.
Dr. Adel did an absolutely amazing job reconstructing my stretched earlobes (size 32mm). He paid extra attention to detail to ensure the best aesthetic outcome, making the earlobes symmetrical, which was difficult to achieve in my case. Dr. Adel used a suturing technique that created a perfect earlobe rim shape, leaving no scar or depression on the edge, which is a common problem in this procedure. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Life changing - the results have exceeded my expectations
I saw Dr Fattah for consultation on recommendation from a friend that had undergone TT surgery with him a few years ago.
