I had some sips of green tea by accident, 4 days before surgery. Will I be okay?

Hello, so Im having a rhinoplasty in 4 days I totally forgot and drank some Lipton green tea I gave it a few sips will I be okay? Should I tell my doctor? Prior to this accident I've followed all preop instructions 100%

Herbal teas & supplements can increase you chances of bleeding. Rhinoplasty can be associated with bleeding normally so, I would absolutely mention this to your surgeon. “Some” small sips of green tea may not make a different.

A small amount of green tea should not interfere with surgery or anesthesia. I don't think you should lose sleep over this. Preop instructions/protocols are given to help ensure your safety as well as optimize your operation and ultimately your results. 
While having a few sips of tea 4 days before is not likely to have much much impact on your rhinoplasty, if this went against the Preop instructions, I would encourage you to communicate this to your surgeon.
