I damaged the right side of my alar. There is no shape to it, it's just flat unlike my left side which has a ball shape and it puffs out a little which make my left bigger then my right and my nostril is bigger on the side also. I was just wondering what it would cost to fix and the consultation fee or if i even need to come in?

You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon. Thick skin prevents refinement in the nasal tip, so it's important to have realistic expectations.
