Drooping upper lip: From Aging, Rhinoplasty or related to jaw/bite problems? (photos)

mvd425
I have an upper lip that is drooping about 1-2 mm more than it was 4 years ago age 27, now I’m 31. To me this seems like a lot!. I had a rhinoplasty in 2015 and have no breathing problems, and as far as i know my tip projection or rotation wasn’t changed, but it was done with an open approach. I also have a shrunken jaw/overbite/grinding which I am soon getting evaluated. I am able to smile fully, as full of a smile as before surgery. I am able to move my upper lip on its own without smiling (“growling” motion). I have no numbness or pain on the lips. When I speak, about 1-2 mm of teeth show. Its very obvious that my lips are flatter, and my bottom lip which used to be more prominent, is less prominent. So there has been a lack of support for the upper lip as well for some time. I also have chronic chapped lips which is new which I’m going to bring up at the dentist. Please advise if this sounds like aging, dental, from rhino, all of the above? And if so, potential fixes? I have heard of lip lift, if the muscles were damaged in surgery, would the lip lift work? And which would be better, working on the skin only or muscle or both?
