First I want to say that I am very pleased with my results but my nose started running the day after a lip lift. It is 6 months later and it is still running. Sprays and allergy medications really don’t help (I think because it’s not an allergy) My PS had no suggestions. What should I do?

It is normal to get nasal swelling, especially at the ala, post lip lift. This will subside. You may have more swelling if your surgeon used the technique of hiding the incisions inside the nose.

All lip lifts will create a fuller lip, as this is one of the primary aims. In your situation, the philtrum can be shortened and perhaps an upper lip reduction in the future or filler to the lower lip if you are unhappy with the proportions.
