You appear to be a good candidate for an upper lip lift, or an Elelyft in my practice. It would achieve your goals of better facial proportions and more upper dental show. A corner lift is almost never necessary in my hands, as the entire upper red lip is appropriately lifted with my version of the bullhorn lip lift. As for the teeth, a capable cosmetic dentist would be able to advise. I work with a great one in NYC.

I would highly recommend getting a formal evaluation with and treatment from a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and expert in facial sculpting.
