I had a lip lift about 9 days ago. My lips were actually nice I just didn’t like how they looked heavy/weighted with fillers. Never had teeth show at rest but did when smiled. Now my nose which I had rhino on 4 years ago to remove bulbous tip, still a bigger nose but I was ok with it. It now looks HUGE! Why?The tip is fat! Could this be swelling? Didn’t think so

All lip lifts will create a fuller lip, as this is one of the primary aims. In your situation, the philtrum can be shortened and perhaps an upper lip reduction in the future or filler to the lower lip if you are unhappy with the proportions.

The key in your case is not to get overly aggressive. The length of your philtrum is long, so as long as you remain somewhat conservative (less than a third) the impact on final tooth show won't be too severe. This will also keep the center from going too high and the upper lip from overpowering...
