Excess skin in lower abdomen and dog ears - can I get a Tummy Tuck Revision? (photos)

An in person evaluation or further photos are needed to determine the best recommendation for you. If dog ears are present they often can be addressed under local anesthesia in the office surgical suite. It is possible to have a revision to your tummy tuck if needed. You can also consider back lipo or a back lift if desired. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

You can certainly revise your abdominoplasty, tighten your belly and lose the dog ears. Abdominal definition might require a touch of liposuction

Everyone is going to have skin laxity with their hips fully flexed in the sitting position.

We make assessments based unpatience in a standing position.

Either repost with pictures in the standing position showing the front side and back or better yet have a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons or follow up with the surgeon who did your procedure.

The only way to fairly assess a tummy tuck result is in a full standing position. When you sit or crunch down there will always be some "extra" skin especially as you have many stretch marks indicating poor skin elasticity. A tummy tuck can make you look smooth and flat but can never make you "tight." Realistic expectations are a key to happiness. So, please repost with full standing views. Nobody would suggest any revision for what is seen in this one picture.
