I look bloated all the time me the part of my tummy where my belly button is looks pointy
Answer: I look bloated all the time. Do I need a tummy tuck revision? You might need a tummy tuck revision if you have visible bulging, rippling, or wrinkling of the skin; if you have loose skin hanging below the incision; or if you have persistent pain or discomfort. A revision may also be recommended if you have a hernia or an abdominal separation (diastasis recti). If you are unhappy with the appearance of your stomach after a tummy tuck, talk to your surgeon about your options. They may recommend a revision surgery to improve the results.

Answer: I look bloated all the time I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. The contour that concerns you could be from several factors. If it is muscle repair failure then a revision is needed to correct it. If it is seroma it will improve when drained. If it is from visceral/internal fat then weight loss will help. It also appears you have hypertrophic scars that may be improved with a scar revision.
