I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. The contour that concerns you could be from several factors. If it is muscle repair failure then a revision is needed to correct it. If it is seroma it will improve when drained. If it is from visceral/internal fat then weight loss will help. It also appears you have hypertrophic scars that may be improved with a scar revision.
