Had facial feminization surgery in September, which included chin feminization with lateral tapering, vertical shortening & sliding genio. Love the results, but healing caused reduced vestibule height on left side of lower lip. Asymmetry & tightness affect speaking, smiling & lip mobility. An irregularity in skin texture in shortened area appears as raised, firm dots & suggests scar tissue. Grateful for advice, as inquiries have been unsuccessful. Is inner lip surgery required?

Lip shape is more or less genetically predetermined. Fillers can help emphasize some areas slightly, but aren’t inherently going to change the baseline anatomy of someone’s lips.
Open surgery to change lip shape is probably not appropriate.
