Can my current upper lip be made about 2 mm shorter & then perform a lip lift to the new height?

Sincere631154
I'm unhappy with the shape of my lips in each photo, specially my upper lip. Because it looks so pointed and not long enough with my narrow mouth. Would it be possible to make my current upper lip about 2 mm shorter? Then perform a lip lift to the new height. Is it possible to remove the cupid's bow? The goal is to achieve a narrower and longer lip. See example photos Important: It must look natural and masculine!!!!
