Can a commissuroplasty be done for aesthetical purposes?

I would like to widen my mouth length (I already have full lips, I just have a small mouth). Would it be possible to have a commissuroplasty for this concern? Because I’ve seen elsewhere it was only done for health issues or severe deformation. Thank you.
