My lips are naturally very thin and it is worsening with age. A wonderful surgeon said I was not a candidate for a lip lift, (Incision under nose) so I abandoned that idea. But at a consult for a mini facelift recently, another surgeon strongly recommended a lip advancement along the vermilion border. It seems though that this is not a popular or recommended surgery. any advice is appreciated. I have tried and strongly dislike, fillers. Thank you.

Based on your picture, it looks like you are a good candidate for a medialized corner lip lift, which would be the only way to treat this issue.
