What kind of procedures could help balance my face and get my lips looking more natural? (Photo)

I do believe that lighting and lens distortion is making this look worse than it actually is but there still is a difference between my left side of the face and my right, along with my lips looking this way. I was wondering what could help balance my face and get my lips looking more normal. I am doing invisalign treatment at the moment as well, should I wait it out to see if invisalign will help any? Thanks!

A 3D lip lift may be considered for your revision, as this technique is quite powerful and provides unprecedented control to the surgeon over the upper lip. Best of luck !

Based on your photos, it looks like you would be an amazing excellent candidate for a lower V-Y plasty (a lower lip lift). You may as well need a 3D lip lift and a medialized corner lip lift to balance your lips but a consultation would be required to assess your lips. I hope this helps, best...

I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
