I had rhinoplasty 25 years ago and was wondering about the long term effects

i find it harder to breathe through my nose, one of my sinuses is blocked and my hayfever seems to have got worse. also my eyes are more watery do you think this is all connected to my operation?

After rhinoplasty, I recommend that patients wash the incision gently with half strength peroxide and then apply Vaseline or Aquaphor to the incisions. Antibiotic ointment is not necessary and can potentially cause skin irritation. Once the sutures are out and the incision has completely healed...
