Will it be safe to dance a month after rhinoplasty?

I would not be concerned. I allow patients to
engage in intense activity 1 week after surgery. My only warning is to avoid possible
contact injuries, such as a sport like volleyball. If there is some chance of

Dear mm98, We advise our patients to take 3 weeks off of strenuous activity while they heal from their nasal procedure. At 1 month, you should be fine to resume dancing. Our concern would be if you were to get hit directly during practice. You would have to be very careful about that.
