unfortunately your picture doesn't really show the condition you're referring to, probably the tear trough area and to a bilateral upper blepharochalasis (extra skin dropping on your upper eyelids)
I would need to examine in you person to be able to advise on that. 
The 'inner corner of the eye', as you described it, is a very complicated area to treat and the injections are considered " off label" (because of all the vascular structures underneath it) but, if performed by a skilled oculoplastic surgeon with experience, is usually safe.

Hi there. I can't comment specifically on your case because the image is blurry and small. However, tear trough filler can be given medially (inner aspect near the nose). I use a cannula under the muscle with a filler that is thin so to speak to treat this part of the tear trough. With this delicate method great results can be achieved. To see if you are a candidate for tear trough filler and upper blepharoplasty, you would be best served by visiting an oculoplastic surgeon who is skilled in cosmetic procedures. Hope that helps.
