Would filler lift the eye area and raise my droopy lower face or do I need eye lift? (Photos)

Hello JCD.  Injecting filler in the temple to correct the hollowness under your eyes would be a mistake.  The filler will not pull back on the skin like you are doing in one of the photos so will not have the same effect.  What you need is filler directly below the eyes.  This would replace the hollowing you have and help create a more rested appearance.  Restylane is our preferred filler under the eyes. 

Hello.  Based on your photos, especially the ones where you are lifting your concerned area, fillers are effective option to improve your features.  While surgery can also be effective, with advantage being its superior longevity, the risks of surgery can be off putting for many.  You look young, so I recommend seeing a board certified facial plastic surgeon or any board certified doctor with experience in fillers for comprehensive in office facial exam and consultation.  Take care.

I am not sure which ones are available where you live, but a crosslinked hyaluronic acid like Stylage M or a calcium hydroxyapetite filler like Radiesse would be used deep on the orbital rim. Then if soft tissue contour needs further lift a lighter version like Stylage S or Belotero Shape would be ideal. peak to a board certified plastic surgeon for further details. Hope this helps.

Your pictures show loss of volume and this can be treated with fillers or fat grafting. You can get lower eyelid lift but I would try fillers first.

Thank you for your question! Based off your photos, I believe you are an excellent candidate for dermal filler for temporal hollowing and tear troughs. Dermal fillers are used for the temporary correction of volume loss. It is best to consult with an experienced provider to determine the best type of filler for you. Restylane Lyft and Radiesse are great for the temples and Restylane-L for the tear troughs. Filler in these areas will likely not offer a substantial lift along the nasolabial fold and jawline but will not add a heaviness to the lower face either. As for your concern with hooding, I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon in order to determine the need for surgery. Best of Luck!

Fillers will give you great improvement. By adding volume to the under eyes, temples and cheeks will give you the volume back, resulting in a more youthful appearance. I would also recommend facial treatments along with products to keep the cells stimulated and skin exfoliated.

You could benefit from fillers both in the temple and in the lateral tear trough under the eyes.  You do not need an "eyelif".  The best product for temples and lateral face would be Sculptra, as you have a thin face and it works very well in temple, lateral cheek and hollows under the cheek.  Restylane would work well in the under-eye.  Alternatively, you could consider fat grafting if you have any body fat that could be harvested.

I think you would benefit from filler to the temples, cheeks and undereyes. I would start with Restylane for the undereyes, Restylane for the temples, and Restylane Lyft for the cheeks. 

If you have ptotic brows weighing down your face, then either Botox in the upper face or a browlift, which is often combined with upper facelift or upper lid bleph, may be valuable. It is difficult to assess causation in your photographs. I do not recommend fat injections in the upper face as this can result in lumpiness. Your tea troughs need to be addressed, likely with Restylane Lyft.
