What facial fillers would you suggest and where?

Hello Xosis.  You have very good facial structure with good cheekbones and a strong jawline.  Yes, in the mid face area and around the mouth and nose, you could use some support and this is a very common use for dermal fillers.  There are a number of fillers that would work just fine in this area including Restylane, Restylane Lyft and Radiesse.  These have slightly different consistencies and durations but all are options.  You will likely need 2-3 syringes if you want to address the area on the sides of the nose and mouth as well as the area below the mouth.   Best of luck.

I recommend fillers for the smile lines / folds themselves -- but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top as well as lasers, radiofrequency treatments, Renuvion / J Plasma, and peels to get the most conservative natural look. It's difficult to see the scar in the photograph - but that too can be treated with a combination of treatments, such as CO2, fillers, microneedling with PRP, and subcision.I suggest seeing an experienced cosmetic dermatologist for a formal consultation. The second picture shows a protrusion of skin arising out of the mouth area.  This type of fold typically does not respond well to fillers.  Nor does a pouch under the skin.  The best non-surgical solution would be threadlifting to pull the tissues back into position.  Fillers could help the nasolabial area where a line can clearly be seen.
