In the right hands, well-placed Sculptra could give you great, natural-looking results. Keep in mind, it takes 3 to 6 months to see results with Sculptra. It's a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. I typically combine Sculptra with other fillers, lasers, toxins and skin care to give immediate results. Thank you for your photo. The forehead skin tends to be thick and tight. Therefore, I prefer to use a stronger lifting filller such as VOLUMA to bring up the tissue and sustain a nice smooth appearance for a longer period of time up to and over a year. If you like the look, you can consider more permanent options such as fat grafting into that area. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question.  There are many options for your forehead.  Juvederm or Vollure would give a smooth result.  Hard to say how much though.  Please see an experienced injector for a complete evaluation.
