Butt implant flipping. Is there anything I can do? (Photo)

After 6 months from buttock implant surgery I have sometimes to flip back the implant on my right side by myself. The doctor says he can not fix this problem. I asked in which plane the implant are and he says intramuscolar. I'm feeling confused. Is there any thing I can do?
