My butt implants are still hard. How can I soften them? (photo)

There isnt much you can do if the implants are the typical implants used in USA from AART. They arent the softest implants. Its possible to change the placement of them or if you have fat you can do a fat transfer to that area and cover the implant with fat for a softer look and feel. Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well know for it.

Depending upon which implant brand/model you have, they may be able to be exchanged for a softer semi-solid silicone rubber version. Although it is not obvious from your photo, capsular contracture (just like with breast implants) can also make the implants feel more hard and immobile. If this is the case, then a capsulectomy to remove the capsular scar tissue may be another option. Glad to help.
