I have a pretty severe buttocks asymmetry possibly due to a lateral pelvic tilt, and I was wondering if implants could be placed in just one butt cheek. I am very thin so a BBL won’t work for me, and I believe there is way too much of a size difference for liposuction alone to do anything, so implants seem to be the only solution. I was also wondering if silicone implants are the safest out of all of the types of buttocks augmentation?
