Dear Josefin, Posting your posterior and side view pictures would have been helpful. At 5 months period after butt implants surgery, the capsule still did not achieve maximal maturity , which is at about one year time. However, from reading your description , it appears that you have developed capsule contracture on one cheek. You may try to perform implant displacement massage for 6-8 weeks and see if you can improve on your situation. If things do not improve, you will need to get capsulotomy (scar release) to loosed up the pocket. But, if the capsule is thick and inflamed due to 'Biofilm' , you will require total cauterization of the capsule, capsulotomy and replace the implant, in order to reduce the likelihood of capsule contracture recurrence. Discuss your situation with your surgeon, however, if you get unsatisfactory response, consider consulting with other experienced board certified plastic surgeons who perform lots of butt implants surgery. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice projection, nice 'S' curve, round hips and natural looking. Best of luck, Dr Widder
