I have a pretty nice butt (but nothing too big), but have always had a rather rectangular body shape. I have recently considered getting hip implants, but now see butt implants are generally about half as cheap. My main goal is to get a more hourglass shape (bigger hip to waist ratio) and was wondering if they'd both get me the same effect? Or if one is better? I would also like to remain looking pretty natural as this is the only surgery I will be having/have had.

Answer: Hip Implants By definition as well as your own description hip implants are the best approach to getting an hourglass figure. An hourglass figure is typically viewed from the front or back in which the hips primarily control that body shape.
