Can butt implants be made softer than what's currently on the market?

I am considering butt implants as I do not have a sufficient amount of fat for BBL. My hesitation with butt implants is all the ones I have seen and felt on people they feel and look too firm. I personally like butts that are soft and jiggle. I do not like muscular hard looking butts. I know butt implants can be made in custom sizes and shapes, but can they also be made in a softer form of silicon? So that when someone grabs and squeezes my butt hard there is no sign of a implant.

Softer generations of buttock implants  have indeed evolved. In fact there is a new generation of silicone rubber formulation currently available. That being said, they cannot be made as soft as silicone gel breast implants for the following reasons.Unlike breast implants, silicone gel buttock implants are not FDA approved and thus not legal for buttock implantation in the USA. I actually see about one patient a month that had gel implants done in another country and, although they looked a felt great at first, they are now seeking revision because the implants are either visible on top of the muscle and/or grossly deformed by scar contracture and/or the implant has ruptured several years after placement leaving behind hardened scar tissue and migration of silicone liquid. The soft semi-solid silicone rubber implants used in the USA are much less likely to have these problems if placed correctly within the gluteus muscle AND are considered permanent implants because they cannot rupture and leak silicone gel. Glad to be of help.

The buttock implants have evolved and have become softer than earlier versions but they are still not as soft as breast implants. If done correctly, by the right surgeon and with the right implant size, they should look and feel natural. Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in such procedures.
