Is getting a nonhormonal IUD before breast augmentation OK?

This question can only be answered by your surgeon as opinions will vary. Your surgeon is the one who will ultimately decide if it is acceptable for you to proceed with surgery as planned.

Please discuss this with your surgeon. "Emergency" contraceptive is probably not really an emergency. This will stir up some bacteria in your system, and I would postpone your breast augmentation.
