Remember, the base of the nose shares "a common area" with the upper aspect of the lip.  When strong pieces of rib cartilage are used to lengthen the nose or increase tip projection, they can have a modest affect on the length, shape and movement of the lip. That said, the pictures provided are taken at very different angles and the "shape" of your vermilion lip (pink part) looks unchanged.  Talk to your surgeon. Present your concerns. It is still quite early in the healing process and your lip is no doubt still a bit stiff and swollen. Best wishes

Dear tienphan,Changes to the tip or base of the nose (columnella) can affect the appearance of your lip after rhinoplasty. At 3 months after surgery, it is unlikely the shape of your lip will change markedly from what it is currently. I would start by seeing your surgeon and asking him/her if the surgery could cause the changes you are seeing. The lip position can be altered after rhinoplasty and it is important to "let the dust settle" so to speak to see final results.  I would definitely address the issue with your surgeon, as she/he would know best in terms of what to expect based on what was done in your surgery.  
For the most part, there can be some prolonged swelling and stiffness to the lip that softens over time and some patients it may take longer than others.  Make sure you maintain followup with your surgeon! Good luck with your recovery!
