I get these things in my nose once in a blue moon. I can usually scrape very hard with my nail or use tweezers to twist & pull them out. However, this one refuses to budge no matter how hard I try. Its whiteish, very hard, pointy (almost sharp). It protrudes a lot compared to surrounding skin.
