Would an upper blepharoplasty revision with epicanthy reposition my eyebrow tattoo?

The eyebrow and the eyelid are two separate units and should be treated as such. Eyelid surgery may change the shape and appearance of your eyelid but should not alter the position or appearance of the eyebrow. If possible, I would consider waiting on your eyebrow tattoo until after your surgery to ensure you're pleased with the appearance of your eye area. Some patients who are concerned about heaviness or hooding of the eyes, may also benefit from a brow lift. I would talk with your plastic surgeon to see if he/she recommends that for you as well.

Generally speaking, a blepharoplasty revision tend to be fairly minor procedures, and it’s unlikely it will change your brow position. Without seeing pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment and I suggest you forward your question to your surgeon who’s going to do the procedure since they have a better understanding of what you’re going to do.
