I am a Norwood 6 and have Have had a previous fue and able to cover fue white dots in donor area with length. I'm due to have another procedure and need to attend a wedding 6 weeks after and don't want anyone to know I have had work done. Can I conceal my donor area with nanogen hair fibres or make up concealer? Thanks in advance.

It is best to see your doctor for a recheck. You need to understand what is going on and have a good Master Plan with respect to future surgery/ treatment.
This is normal. Your transplant hairs should be falling out starting after the first week and lasting for a few more. Because your scabs came off a little late, it is likely the hairs were ready to fall out and just came with the scabs. Your grafts are pretty safe at this point.
As long as you're gently removing the scabs and there's no sign of trauma to the grafts, such as bleeding, you should be fine. 12 days is a little late to remove them, as most patients lose all their scabs in about a week, so your grafts are particularly safe since they've had so much...
