Hi I’m 22 years old, white female, I have a large indent on the left side of my buttock, always had it there and it makes me very insecure, I wondered what kind of procedure I can get to get rid of the indent

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your single photo. However, please keep in mind that an in-person consultation with physical exam, or at least a virtual consultation, is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations are made.

Based upon your photo, it appears as though you may be concerned about, what most would call, hip dips. In general, cosmetic hip implants are the most reliable, predictable, and permanent option for filling in the hip dips and creating more of that feminine hourglass figure, whether slim or not.  On the other hand, fat transfer to the hip area tends to survive quite poorly in most patients and thus produces only short term results (often less than 10-12 months). Injections/fillers such as Sculptra or hyaluronic acids are cost prohibitive (i.e. guaranteed to be the biggest waste of money of your entire lifetime), short lasting and possibly deadly with high volume injections. Others such as silicone/PMMA/hydrogels/etc are cheap but extremely dangerous and a personal commitment to a life of serious and sometimes deadly consequences. Typically hip implants are best custom designed and created for each individual patient’s anatomy. Because an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons perform this procedure, make sure you seek consultation with a reputable and experienced cosmetic hip implant specialist.  You may have to travel a long distance from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

It appears you are very thin, but if you have a little extra fat somewhere that could be harvested and transferred to the indented area. There are dermal fillers that could be used as well, but for an area that large you would likely need multiple syringes and that would end up being more expensive than liposuction with fat transfer. Indentations in that area can be difficult to treat. Typically volume restoration in this area is best done with fat transfer a.k.a. fat grafting. This procedure is sometimes referred to as the BBL or Brazilian butt lift procedure.
Restoring volume alone can be sufficient if the problem is purely based on fat distribution or simply a lack of volume. That part of the body has a lot of connective tissue that anchors the skin to the underlying muscle Fashawn. This is for example what causes cellulite and this connective tissue restricts the distance from the underlying muscle fascia to the skin. If your indentations are caused by connective tissue pulling in on the skin then adding volume with fat transfer will not eliminate the problem and could potentially make it worse.
You need an examination by an experienced plastic surgeon who clearly understands these concepts and can differentiate individuals who have the potential for improvement with fat transfer versus those who have connective tissue that will limit the potential response to the treatment.
One way to help explain the impact of connective tissue limiting skin projection I sometimes do during in person consultations is to ask patients to pinch the skin on the back of their hand. On the back of the hand it’s pretty easy to pinch and pull up the skin on the hand tenting up the skin. If you’re not try that in the center of your palm you will recognize that the skin is inherent and will not project. Areas of the body that can tolerate great amounts of pressure like the soles of the feet, palms of the hand, back of the thighs and lower buttocks tend to have a lot of connective tissue anchoring the skin to the underlying muscle facia giving its stability when pressure is applied. 
It’s hard to tell from your picture if the indentations are caused by connective tissue pulling in on the skin or it’s simply a result of your inherent fat distribution.
If there’s no limiting connective tissue then grafting fat should help substantially.
On the other hand if the indentations I cost by connective tissue pulling in on the skin and surrounding areas with less connective tissue I will respond and project aggressively from fat transfer while the area that needs the most will stubbornly stay exactly where it is technically making the situation worse.
I recommend having multiple in person consultations for local board-certified plastic surgeons. During the consultation the surgeon should be able to clearly demonstrate an understanding of the above concepts and the inherent limitations that can be possible when connective tissue is creating contour problems.
Likewise individuals with any type of skin laxity may also contribute to contour and skin laxity related contour issues do not respond well to Liposuction or fat transfer.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe. For that reason a patient should have multiple in person consultations for local board-certified plastic surgeons to help find the most talented and experience provider.
During the consultation ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures of gluteal or general body fat transfer results. Make sure that fat grafting results are at least three months out from the date of the procedure. Early fat grafting results can be very impressive but do not at all represent final results which changed drastically over the first few months after the procedure.
Simply seeing a handful of pre-selected sample pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers carrier is insufficient to confirm the provider has mastered these procedures and does not give the patient any idea of what average results will look like.
For that reason you should ask the provider to open up their portfolio and show you as many before and after pictures as they’re willing to. Ask for example to show pictures of patients with similar body characteristics to you around.
Ask the provider to show examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes.
And experience providers should have no difficulty showing you a multitude of examples.
Highly experience surgeons will I have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures of this fairly common procedure.
Not all plastic surgeons perform fat transfer and not everybody has the same amount of experience or skill with it.
Simply being able to make an accurate assessment knowing which patient will get a good result and who will not takes years of practice and experience.
Continue having consultations until you feel quite confident you find the most talented and experienced provider. You’ll get input along the way as you go from each plastic surgeon you consult with.
If you simply pick one plastic surgeon and don’t vet each provider separately then the chance of having a quality out, goes down substantially.
