BBL, targeted fat graft, Sculptra or Renuva is what I would recommend without taking a look in person. I think BBL would be ok but perhaps a bit much unless bigger buttocks is what you would prefer. If not, then just fat graft targeting the dent. Wire subcision can also help release the area and fat graft can keep it from collapsing in again and forming a dent. Sculptra is ok but Renuva is also a shelf item that may work better. Best Wishes!!

Considering that fat necrosis/scar is the cause of your condition, I believe that fat grafting would be the most appropriate way to correct it. However, considering that is relatively small area, injection of filler like Sculptra, may be viable temporary treatment. Good luck.
