During March od 2021 I fell down the stairs and I believe i experienced fat necrosis. I was told that a BBL would not be helpful for me because of the way the dent occured. I spoke to another plastic surgeon who mentioned Sculptra but he was also uncertain if that would help. Are those the only two options to fix this? It's a small dent but it truly does bother me.

Answer: Treatment for a small dent in buttock after fall Well, if you are also considering or willing to have a bit of a augmentation in your buttocks, with more fullness and perkiness/projection, then the most reliable and permanent option would be buttock implants. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeon specialize in buttock implants, so you may have to travel far and away from home to find this particular type of surgeon. Glad to help.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Krystlanne, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
