Lost my intergluteal cleft after pilondal sinus surgery. Is it possible to recreate my intergluteal cleft?

I did 2 pilondal sinus surgeries and after the first surgery A large colloid grew at the site of surgery , in second surgery , new sinus was lower than before , in surgery they also removed the colloid and after that I lost my intergluteal cleft , before these surgeries I had a long and deep intergluteal cleft because I have a large butt , is it possible to recreation my intergluteal cleft as before?
