Uneven breasts after implant removal. Do you think it will get smaller? (Photo)

Question

I had PIP implants for 10 years under the muscle. And I explanted 3 weeks from today. My boobs look really good but my right one is fuller than my left. I can tell when I wear my sports bras. Also it is a little more tender but I don't believe it's harder. (My husband says he can't really see but I can!!!)... I also can feel it more sore. Do you think it will get smaller? I don't see any difference day after day... thank you

It's too early to determine your final look.  You should wait a minimum of 3 months before judging final results.  Continue to follow the advice of your plastic surgeons and keep all follow up visits.  Keep your surgeon apprised of any concerns you have.

If you were uneven before surgery, you will probably be uneven now. You are still early in the healing process and need to give yourself time for the swelling to subside.

You do appear to have asymmetry currently.  But never fear, it is very likely that over the next few weeks to months that your breasts will become more similar.  That is, of course, if they were symmetrical prior to having implants.  Continue to wear compression as see you surgeon regularly.All the bestKim

It is a bit too soon to judge how much more your breast tissue will retract or shrink. Keep in mind that your breasts might have been a bit different to begin with,meaning prior to your implant surgery. For 3 weeks post op, they actually look pretty good. It will take a good 3-6 months for everything to settle.
