One side of my mouth droops down. How can this be fixed?

hannah1997
One side of my mouth droops more than the other side, and it looks very unsymmetrical. Can this be fixed with Botox? And if so, is this something that I would likely have to have forever? Or would it start to improve after a few sessions. I’m only 19 and would like a more permanent solution rather than getting more Botox whenever it runs out
