Yesterday I was finding it hard to open my eye and today my right eye feel very dry, tears are emerging every now and then and I keep blinking. Overall it feels 'heavy'.My appearance seems fine, no drooping of eyelids so far. The botox has worked already on my crows feet and 11 area -- all lines are gone. Will this last? I can't carry on like this for the next 3 months. I might have to take work off tomorrow as the blinking is so bad (I'm a teacher so this is a massive inconvenience).

There is a normal range for most patients. I find that 20-30 units of Botox per side (or 60-90 units of Dysport) is adequate for the vast majority of patients. If it is the first time we are trying an injection I will often start around 20 units per side then reassess in a few weeks to see if...
Botox goes straight into the muscle — far below the follicles in the skin. It will not cause your hair to fall out. If you are losing your hair, a board-certified dermatologist will be able to help determine the cause and offer solutions, such as minoxidil.
