Severe pain at injection sites on donor area?

4 days after my FUE procedure I am suffering from extreme pain at the back of my head where I was injected. Instead of the pain subsiding it is getting increasingly worse. It is a burning combined with muscle ache. Is this normal? The donor area is healing well and there is no pain to speak of there.

Generally 6 weeks you can treat your transplant hair however you'd treat your normal hair, but since this is a unique activity for your hair it may be worthwhile to talk to your doctor about it. It's better to be safe about it than regret not asking.

Go for it. Sex is normal and it is normal exercise that is good for your overall health. I tell my patients sex is ok anytime after 48 hours.

Scabs post op can be gently massaged with baby oil. The key word is gently so that it doesn't disturb the transplanted hair follicle root.
