Thanks for the question. After 2 month your scalp is totally healed and yes you can play volleyball and also do other sport activities. I wish you all the best.

If you are concerned about your post operative care, it is best to contact your doctor.  Playing volleyball should not be an issue especially after 3 weeks.

Although post operative instructions vary from physician to physician, the general consensus is that cardio activity can be returned to 1 week post op. After one week, I advise patients to return to all normal activities. The temperature and sweat won't hurt your new hair. Go have fun & live your life, your is safe!

For my FUE hair transplant patients, I recommend avoiding rigorous exercise for at least a week. By week three, you will be perfectly fine to play volleyball. However if you are playing volleyball outdoors, I suggest wearing sun protection as scars may not have fully healed by then.

Thank you for posting your question, Every clinic has their own post-op protocol after a hair transplant. We suggest to reduce the amount of sweating and unnecessary sun exposure for 4 weeks after a hair transplant procedure. This can minimize sunburn, and infections. Hope this helps.
