I had a facelift 11 years ago with an outstanding surgeon who is now in his 70s. He still does a facelift every day. Ideally I would wait for repeat facelift as I look much younger than 60 but am concerned my wonderful surgeon will retire first. Jowls are bad viewed from underneath, but viewed from above, not so bad. Is it better to do surgery before jowls get really bad or is there an advantage to waiting another year and fixing an extra year's worth of aging and drooping?
