Pains 10 weeks after breast augmentation. Recently diagnosed with MS. Are these pains normal when healing?

As it can take anywhere from 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal and drop/settle into their new position, my guess is that your pain is nothing to worry about. Could just be that you have been more active in the last few days. However, if it persists or gets worse, schedule an appointment with your surgeon to discuss. Especially in light of your MS diagnosis.

Since there has been a change in your post op course, please contact your surgeon so he/she can examine you and recommend most appropriate treatment plan at this time.

The best advice that I can give you is that you should speak to your plastic
surgeon. Online consultants are not the appropriate source of information for
you; your plastic surgeon should be your resource when it comes to
postoperative concerns.

This is important because every surgeon has different perspectives, the only
one that should be important is the one that operated on you ;)

Minor amounts of discomfort are quite common, and often accompany return to normal physical activities. Your description is not at all troublesome.I would strongly doubt any connection with MS. Yes, these pains are common at this stage.  Best reassurance, though, will come from a talk with or visit to your surgeon.
