Will my breast implants sag after this second pregnancy? Is it common? (Photos)

Question

I had a breast augmentation in January 2015, 2 years after having my first child, and left feeling deflated. I have been really happy with the results. I am now pregnant with my second child and quietly panicking that my breasts will sag again? Will it happen even more and look worse than first time? Is this something that can happen? I will attach a photo from before I had my breast augmentation and another of my breasts now. Hoping that it may give you a better idea. Thanks

You may develop laxity in your skin after you are done breast feeding. Depending on how many children you have or how long you breast feed you may need a breast lift in the future. Please speak to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.Regards,

Thank you for your question and photo's.   Your implants will stay where they are, it's your natural tissue that sags.   You may need a lift after you're done with family planning.

By the photos you provided your breasts have done well after a pregnancy. We cannot predict the future but the more pregnancies you have, the greater the chance of some laxity of breast tissue depending on your genetics, if you breast feed and for how long, and weight fluctuations. I recommend you wear a good supportive bra through your pregnancy and visit your plastic surgeon after you have finished breast-feeding. You have an excellent chance of not requiring any additional treatment soon. I wish uou well.Dr. Edwards

Thanks for the photos.  Your now photos look great no evidence of sagging.  Most likely your breast will remain the same after your next pregnancy. However some laxity of the skin my develop.  A lot depends on how much weight you gain and if you breast feed.
