One Breast bigger than the other. (Photos)

I am 2 weeks post op but am concerned that my right breast seems a lot bigger than my left. I have 375cc high profile mentor gel implants. I was a 32 a post op and was measured today at 32ff! I am aware that I still have swelling & hope to reduce a couple of cup sizes am I right to be concerned about the difference in size at this early stage? I saw my ps yesterday he said he was very pleased he gave me a breast strap to wear along with my surgical bra. Thank you very much for your time.
