I'm 25 and suffer from puffy dark under eye bags. Considering eye bag removal or Plexr. Which would be best for me? (photo)

Thank you for the photos.Based on what I am seeing and your age, you typically do not have to rush into surgery to address this issue.Filler often times when placed in the tear trough area, will enhance your eyes wonderfully and will make you look less puffy etc...Often even after surgery, patients elect to use filler in this area as well.

I always prefer to start with the least invasive approach. Personally, I use Restylane for my under eye bags. It fills in the hallow in the tear trough eliminating the "bag" while also diminishing dark circles. My best,

From your photos- it appears that you are a candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty. Seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam

A lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty would remove this fat and smooth out your lower lid without visible scars.  

Thank you for posting your question and photos. From the photos, it looks like you require lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The surgery takes approximately 1 hour, recovery takes about 2 weeks and complete healing usually occurs by 6 months. Make an appointment with an experienced eyelid surgery for consultation. Dear Stoney90,  Plexr doesn't have any indications for what you are showing in the pictures. Rather you could consider filler to be used under the bags to hide them away; in this case Radiesse can be used and it has proved effective in reducing also the dark circles. Alternatively you could be a candidate to lower lid blepharoplasty with trans-conjunctival fat reposition, where the fat bags is moved to fill the underlying tear trough   Please refer to my website for more infos re these two treatments and results
