When I open my eye it doesn't tuck in like my left eye. It gets stuck and is very uncomfortable. I believe it is because my right eye is a little bit larger so it does not have space to smoothly tuck in under my eyebrow.

Answer: Eyelid doesn't tuck when it is open Based on your pictures, it looks like you might have a little bit of dermatochalasis on the right side. But you also might have some degree of ptosis. The only way to tell is with an in-person consultation with an oculoplastic surgeon. If your symptoms are intermittent, then a Botox Brow lift my help, but that would appear feminine. Alternatively a blepharoplasty/Ptosis repair would be an an option, depending on your exam findings. Good luck! :)

Answer: Eyelids do not tuck in Thanks for your question. There should be dual adheseion between the dermis and the levator tendon. So when you open your eyes, the tendon is going up with the 2 points of skin. Resultantly your eyelids make triple fold line. If you do the surgery, the adhesion must be released. That's the point. Good luck and have a wonderful day.
