2 weeks post op Tummy tuck and muscle repair. Any suggestions? (photos)

You look as if your body is healing well so I'm not sure that the honey will make a difference. However, if you like it, then yes, include it as part of your regime. Eat right. Drink water. Stay away from smoke. Get enough rest. Those are the most important things you can do to heal your body.My best,

There is some evidence that honey has some therapeutic effect in wound healing and there is medical grade honey that is available for the treatment of wounds.  Your incision appears to be normal and your body will naturally heal without additional treatment.   Having good nutrition and avoiding smoking are important for wound healing.  It is always important to discuss with  your surgeon before using any product on the wound.  Based on your photos, you have a very nice result from the abdominoplasty.

I think at this point since you trusted your surgeon to operate on you, trust and follow all of his or her recommendations on scar management at this time.  My patients use a combination of a scar gel and silicone sheeting post operatively.  Best wishes.
