I've read about the healing benefits of manuka honey with a minimum of 10 umf to be effective for healing of wounds. Do you think it would help if I use this on my incision scar and how long to way until I do? I'm currently using micro pore tape given by my surgeon.

Your incision appears to be normal and your body will naturally heal without additional treatment. Having good nutrition and avoiding smoking are important for wound healing. It is always important to discuss with your surgeon before using any product on the wound. Based on your photos, you have a very nice result from the abdominoplasty.
